Climate Control Stopped Working / Dead
« on: 03 December 2007, 21:06:43 »

Sorry to be a newbie looking for help, but here goes.
My climate control display has gone completely dead, been working fine since I bought car 5 months ago.
Have checked, and changed the fuse I think feeds CC (33?)
I have tried pressing and holding AUTO and OFF, (with engine on, engine off, and ingition key in, all to no effect.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Is it only the circular temp/fans/defrost etc circular push button dials that are dead or is it power to the entire centre panel including radio, light switches, ashtray lamp etc?

Check what is supplied by each of the fuses to aid fault finding.

Try pushing the panel in in case its only a loose multiplug, it might remake....  If so, think about removing and fixing connector better?
