 Hi all,
When i did mine on my 96 Elite i sucked all the crap out but where the hole is there seems to be a white gauze like obstruction about 5mm into the hole and i didn't want to poke it to hard, so has anyone else come across this?

     Thanks,
               Pete :y.

Hi Pete,
That's exactly what I was saying..and like you say it's white and didn't appear to be anyway though it...well not on mine anyway...but after sucking all the muck out everything was OK.

I'm so glad I became a member of OOF..This morning for the first time there was no condensation on the inside of the windscreen, this must be down to cleaning out the drain holes in the engine compartment, which I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't become a member.

Thanks Guys :y :y :y :y :y
