voluntary dead
« on: 04 October 2007, 21:55:58 »

Phew..just come back from night job.

Needed to send some data from one health organization to eurotb.Finished late nearly 23 PM..

On a dark wide road (lights are not working) 4 wide lanes I see something dark but movin to the road   :-?  :o (nearly 50-60 meters- speed 100-110 km/h).

No matter what is I force the brakes .. the last 20 meters was obvious only one human face   :o  an old man trying to run to the other

side and passed at the limit (ABS was close to working)..If I was not tired and do another 20-30 km extra speed the man was

dead ..

What I dont understand still is how this man think he can pass the road ? Nuts  >:(

ps: I think seeing sideways is more important than the road itself ..thanks my front lights..

Very lucky. There is no substitute for all round observation and driving within the limits of the car, conditions and the driver.

Glad you're both OK.  :y

When the roads are empty at night they think theres no limit for speed and no traffic lights..
