Mark, do you know if the pulley part#9157962 is the same for the 98?

I put a new bearing in my aux belt tensioner, drill out 3 rivets, pry the pully apart, tap out bearing, tap new one, in replaced rivets with countersunk screws because the heads of hex head will foul the tensioner body locktite on nuts, cost zero we use these bearings at work. you need a  6203 bearing with side seals, very common and very cheap about £5. Also available in USA and probably even cheaper. ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

For £25 and 15 minutes to put in a brand new pully, I think the idea of all that work is a non-starter !!
