omega gearbox name and model

hello all
[size=22]HAPPY NEW YEAR...[/size][/b]
 who is know what is the gearbox name and model fitted in omega 20i 5speed 1998?
please link address to refrence if possible. this ZF or VOITH or GETRAG ? and what is the model name? AR25? AR28? OR OTHER. 8-)

If its manual, it will likely be an R25, and I believe its a GM unit.  Bigger engined manuals use the R28, again, I believe its a GM unit.

If its an auto (which I doubt, as the 5 speed autos came later), it will likely be a 4 speed AR25, which is also a GM unit.

I thought that the AR25 was a ZF unit?

AR25 (all engines except 3.0) and AR35 (3.0 and 3.2 only) auto boxes are GM (4L30E)........R25 (all engines except 3.0 and 3.2) and R28 (3.0 only) manual boxes are apparantly ZF

[size=14][/size]Thanks for coordinate.i'm from Iran and my car have a 5speed manual gearbox. i think R25 is correct answer but i couldn't find any info from GM or ZF ,even i searched Voith and Alison but i don,t know this unit where was made? :question

Presumably the 3.2 manual as fitted to plods is also R28?

Know what the tractor manuals use, R25 or R28?
