Now this is really the toughest of tough calls, IMO.....   ;D

Given the exactness of the RAF and the BoB flight and the corners sometimes cut by Haynes, not sure what the end result would be......   :-/

Pitty my old mate Wally ain't with us anymore, he was a spitfire mechanic during the war.
I remember one dinnertime sitting in the canteen as Wally ran me through taking the prop off one of them.
Bet he could have taught Mr Haynes a few tricks.

You forgot the essential line.....

Reassembly is the reverse of removal....   ;D

the other thing of course is that they'd just list how to remove and change complete assemblies. Anything complicated like actually repairing a gearbox would be "this work is best entrusted to a specialist"  ::)
