We were told basically to keep our phones switched on just incase an agreement is reached

however I doubt they'll be in talks on sunday, so if they reach any agreement on monday am I gonna answer my phone at 3:30am?? I think not!!

looks like you wont get any mail til wednesday!

wednesday's my day off, so I've had a good long stretch of time to chill :y

I was hoping that it would be cancelled but it doesn't look like it will be for a while.  :-[

Hopefully before the next OOF meet.  ::)

there's gonna be weekly strikes too, not sure of the dates yet, but either way, Danny losing money!

might start taking overtime, for the days i'm there, maybe 2 hours a day extra, should make up for the strike days where i'm not being paid!!

its a good job i have a small amount of cash put away for such eventuality

DHL arent on strike... worth looking for another job?? :D

thanks

regrettably when something goes wrong we're often all tarred with the same brush!!

later starts have been brought in, many are unhappy, some aren't bothered. i'm the latter, its only an hour difference, i'll still be home before 3pm, and i get to stay in bed another hour!

The postie's very popular in our house at the moment. GB Junior's violin turned up on Thursday morning, ready for her lesson on Thursday afternoon. The look on her face made it all worth while.  :) :)

Started on Thursday PM, so we got in just in time. Thank god, I don't think I could have stood the tears. And I threatened Will that I would post the pictures. He must have really pulled out the stops for us to get it here on time.

Thanks Will, respect to you.  :y
