Will do, the photo at the start of the thread showing the difference between the springs themself was taken today as I had a spare set of normal srings from an elite in my garage 8-)

They are quite straightforward to fit.  Hardest bit is removing the old as they stretch after extended use.  The new lowereds kind off slip in without too much hassle.  Tops an hour a side.....

I've fitted the full irmscher suspension kit to my 3.0 elite, make it sit just right 8-)
