thermostate sits between the v of the engine at the front just behind the cambelt covers its a pig to get to but a good mech will take 2hrs ish. or have a go your self,

Is it cambelt off???

A V6 is compact but it's not that compact! ;) No. You don't.

Thank god, mine has started to run cold, I replaced the cambelt when I got it, I didnt fancy doing it again so soon. ::)

Do you have a repalcement stat and antifreeze, or do you need one sourcing?

5 litres, but if your dealer is as good as mine, you'll have to order it it in, as they only stock it in 1 litre bottles.  :-?
