Nope, been a few times, but the queuing is getting worse. OK, you can pay extra for priority, but its expensive enough as it is.

Not sure if its me or not, but it seems the number of rides is decreasing to a few 'big' rides...

Alton Towers is best just before it closes down for winter, we went last year got on all the big rides 3 or 4 times each :y

Last time I went to Alton Towers (couple of years back) I spent the night before in MASSIVE!

i`ve never been to alton towers..i`ve always been afraid of roller coasters till i went to florida 2 yrs ago and thought i`ve come this far so i might as well do it...you could not get me off em after that we did all the rides the hulk,sheikra,aerosmiths rock an roll coaster and i`m saving up to go again next year with hopefully a trip to dallas to see deeley plaza an see my mate get married in vegas...u never know i might come back a millionaire after goin on a slot machine...then again wolves will win the premiership in 09... ::) ::) :y

The bits I saw where non stop roadworks.  It was only a flying visit, we stayed in a large hotel near a retail park, and we didn't really see much, except the hotel bar, and a Frankie & Benny's type place.

That would have been The Moathouse Hotel , in Festival Park. SHould have gone up into hanley , you would of been guaranteed a fight and a f...iddle!

I used to go up Hanley all the time until it got full of retards. The women are lovely. Not!! , they are that rough they have tatoos on their teeth!  ;D
