CHROME BITS ENGINE BAY

Just been chroming some bits for the engine bay, jist to tart it up a wee bit, will post some pics of it later. :) THE FIRST PIC ARRIVES; and another pic, one more to follow

took the pics this mornin, havin prob, gettin them loaded onto photobucket; later ;) been sppin with the missus before hols, and on the pis, she stays for 3 mnths, mee 2 wks LOL :'( ;D

On the subject of improving the cars general looks, I once hand painted a Morris Marina with Woolworths red gloss, using a 2" brush. I used the same car for mini-cabbing about 4 hours later and everyone thought I had an expensive respray - until they got closer than 100yds then they just laughed a lot.

No taste some people! 8-)

Three bits on the bay done, which one don't ask me tell me if you know, cos i woz pissed at the time,  [smiley=lolk.gif] [smiley=lolk.gif]  
 there is one chromed bit missin, bit theres a stroy to taht, ro not in teh pic, I think its the window weshar pac :-X

Ahhh.... I can see your mistake there Ron.....shoulda used B&Q low odour water based gloss  ;D

Its a wee bit like not gettin kot we yer pants doon, I never cleaned for about a year, then over the past two months i have cleaned it twice by hand, don't trust nobody else with my babe :) got lots of trees where I am and its a bitch cleaning them. CLEAN IT AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH AND ITS A PEES A PIS, LEAVE IT LONGER, PAIN IN THE ARSE. ;D

A mate of mine 'repainted' his Hillman Imp with hammerite, and it wasn't even the smooth stuff...  ;D

How are you chroming them.....spray paint?
