Oil on HT leads
« on: 21 March 2008, 19:36:19 »

Hi Guys,

I was going to change my spark plugs today, when I pulled off the HT leads they were swimming in oil.

The car doesnt smoke or anything like that and runs fine.

Anyone any thoughts?

the car is a 96 2.0 16v

As TB says, cam cover gasket failure, probably due to blocked breathers.
