Have you checked that the 2 bolts holding that arm assy on the door are tight???

Get a good 2nd hand one on here, not to bad a job to replace or remove old one if not broken and give it a good clean and regrease and job done :y

Yep,
Also check that the door frame is not cracked, if it is then you will have to fit reinforcing plates as well, not hard and not expensive, have a look in the maintenance guides for a how to ;)

Get another catch assy.
Ask in the wanted section, chances are Chris or MarkieMark will have a good one or you can by new from Vx about £30ish i think.

i wouldnt do that. spend money in wrong desing

they put something so cheap and weak in very heavy door

i opened that bolt and leave it

the handel went inside so much the better  and no more noise

it got 2 suport .
