breathers
« on: 23 April 2008, 13:19:26 »

i did my breathers a couple of weeks ago, idleing has been a bit up and down last few days again so i took the plenum off and did again. i found the black ecotec non top was totally blocked in the narrow tube. took a whole can od carb spray to clear and a good rodding (not rodgering if you have poor eyesight) to get totally free. so then i left for 1hr  to dry then sprayed with wd40.

Anyone who does it for the first time do make sure it is TOTALLY clean and dry of water as it could block again like mine. same goes for iacv.

you live and learn  :-[ :-[
