If you:
1) click on 'User CP' at the top of this thread.
2) click on 'Profile'.
3) click on 'Edit Profile'.
4) Edit your profile to what you want.

sounds like head gasket to me fella !! if you get it done make sure they check  the face of head for warping !! :y

I know it's  a PITA, but could the water pump have dissintegrated?  obviously not siezed as cam belt would have stripped.  Some pumps have been known to lose all the impeller blades.  This would lead to cooling problems.

not uncommon for the 4 pot HG to go.

They are usually very strong engines, what makes the head gasket fail it poor / old coolant.

It really should be changed once a year, whats the millage on it?

HG not a bad job if you DIY... which i will be attempting shortly on a project of mine  ;)
