on my cdx the left hand tube on the black box goes on here, hope its correct

The smaller pipe on the left above goes to the smallest nossle on the breather box, no 3 on picture below. NOTE: the picture below is of the V6 breather box, upside-down. The larger hose goes to nossle number two.

The two larger hoses go to the two outer pipes on the breather box that is fitted to the plenum and the small pipe goes to #3 as described.
