Whats the most effective cleaner for cleaning breathers ect and related jobs? Sure ive seen fuel used in the past??

Any suggestions folks?

I used spray cans of carb cleaner .. bought a case of ebay about a year back .. :)

Not sure if it's the best way .. but worked for me ..

Use carb cleaner but don't let it get into the engine oil, if it happens change the oil.

I used carb cleaner on mine , got it from halfords not too bad if you  have a trade card .
Depending how bad the build up is you will probably need at least a couple of cans I did  ;)
 It can be a bit of a messy job too so plenty of rags or paper will be a good idea  :y
  :exclamationAnd watch your eyes not sure who it was but someone sprayed it in theirs apparently if stinks like a good un  :exclamation
