BTW I agree with the general sentiment of this thread, the societal obsession with age (which crops up in many topics) is a load of bolllocks in my opinion. Do whatever you enjoy, and hang with whoever you want to hang with. I was out partying every night during my uni's freshers' week a month ago, and the vast majority of people there were younger than me (probably cos most of them are freshers funnily enough) but I can't say that I particularly noticed as I still like to party and chat to people just as I did when I was 18. I doubt most of the folk I was chatting to noticed the difference either.
Coincidentally I seldom get involved with girls my age either cos most of them are too sensible (read boring) for my liking and are often looking for commitment etc which I can't be bothered with. Most of those I meet when out at the weekend etc are a bit younger and are a bit more on my wavelength. Not surprising really as it's said that on average girls mature more quickly than guys, but I'm becomingly increasingly sceptical that I'll ever catch up

Best of luck to you matey, and screw the lot of em (the naysayers that is)!
