Who is really Interested in an age difference these days?

There may be a few old fashioned people out there who may not approve of such things, but i think that they are few and far between.

Itīs your life, and your Love.

Love is not a rational thing, you canīt tell your Heart that you are not going to fall in Love with somebody because they are younger or older than you.

Well my X wife was 7 years younger than me and my now X Girlfriend was 3 years older (I'm not very good at this love stuff!).

I would completely agree with the above, you go into a loving relationship with your heart and soul and that's what matters, the age bit is irrelevant IMHO.

Well....to a point.........wouldn't fancy that necrophilia.......then again :-/..........I mustn't knock what I haven't tried ::)

My dad was 17yrs older than my mum, probably in an era when it seemed to be a huge age gap, and they where happy :)

Sadly, dad passed away 6.5yrs ago, leaving mum on her own during her 'retirement' years (and as they had never been parted through their 40yrs of marriage) and I think it was very hard for her at first :(. That was the biggest downside I could see.  As it happens, she now has made a massive circle of friends, and a new lease of life :D.  So much so, I never get to see her - she's always off on girlie weekends with her mates (yeah, Amsterdam and the like  :o)

She's certainly back on her feet, and probably has a more active social calendar than the lads here, inc the partyers like Paul M  :o
