omega fish pond

not posted for a while took car of the road for a bit i went to it yesterday and the passanger footwells are full of water and i mean full,any ideas where to look as it did not leak when it was on the road ,also it was parked up because it developed a slight missfire what is the first thing to check plugs leads or something else does it have a weakness that i should check first thanks for reading and any answers you may give, i want to start using it again as i have missed it. :'(

Check window and sunroof seals (or was one left partially open?) first before thinking of engine compartment problems.  To have the passenger footwell flooded to the extent you suggest means a sizable opening for rain water has ingressed.

However, on the mechanical front, have you started the car?  Is the demister/ blowers all working ok?  Does the windscreen mistup?  Your heater matrix could have split and emptied water into the compartment. :(

spot on full of water in pollen filter area thanks for the quick reply i will try to do it today any ideas on the missfire only happens now and again :y

got one mate thinking of driving this car into it but it wouldnot make it there at the moment ;D
