Body Earth
« on: 16 July 2008, 16:37:35 »

Hi

Can anyone tell me, if you disconnect the body earth running from the battery, (There appear to be 2) at the body join, will I lose the immobiliser codes???

I have the codes, but no tech 2 to reprogramme it. I am concerned that I have an earth problem and would like to take it off and clean the earth but don't want to have to reprogramme everyting!

That's great, that's only a 2 minute job to reprogramme those! What does one have to do to wipe the immobiliser codes then?
