Dont know of those codes (12 doesnt ring any bells in paricular) to be honest.

I would be thinking along the lines of checking the oxygen sensors as as starter... we they replaced / unplugged for any reason?

edit - cant find a code 12, did find 13   O2 Sensor 1 Open Circuit

I`d be checking the codes again just to make sure  :-/

12 means the start of the sequence, ignore that one.

13 O2 Sensor... not sure if thats on the cat? Maybe it was knocked or damaged when replacement exhaust was fitted?

Hi, 12 is the start and finish of the sequence , 13 as said O2 sensor so would more than likely be the one on the cat been disturbed.
