1 - Solenoid

I'm looking for a replacement central locking solenoid for a 2000 Elite, passenger side.  Old one functions but is basically shot (somebody forced it and it didn't like it). Genuine part is £65 - no thank you, but if anyone has one or know's where I can get a spare for around £20 I'd be appreciative. My breaker searches have turned up very little.

2 - iPod in-car FM transmitter

Can anyone recommend a suitable iPod converter that would suit an Omega's internals . I'd prefer one with a cradle but am conscious that the ashtray would scupper the chances of it sitting rightly.

Had my Omega 5 months now and having previously spent 3 years on the motorway in a 1.2 8v Corsa (no elec windows, no p-steering, no airbags, no power) it almost brings me to tears every time I drive it.  Here's to good mental health, cheers

I have a brand new one here; part number 90493702, think it's for one of the front doors, not sure if all the same, maybe someone else can advise.
