I'm sorry but I must disagree.... that code I believe is 0335 which is the crank sensor, and the faults described are typical of a crank sensor failure.
There are many threads discussing crank sensor failure, usually as a result of a code 19, but this is from the paperclip test on the V6 2.5 engine
the 2.6 and 3.2 engines have a different ECU and the codes are 4 digit ones..
My research has given me this list .. I don't however know its accuracy ..

Crank sensor is easy to change .. thereare instructions in the maintenance guide... again for the 2.5 but I beleieve its the same for the 2.6 .. it certainly is for the 3.2

about 30 minutes work ... but the problem is getting the right one ..
