is it just me or have vauxhall not designed enough clearance into the doors? - i opened the back door tonight just as the front door was closing and the bloody bump strip caught and got pushed off >:(

can i clip it back on our do i have to take the whole flipping thing off and put a new one on? :-/

I think most of the pre face lift omegs i have had this has happend to. Now if your lucky you should be able to get it back on but if it is bent then no way but you could prove me wrong ;). Your best bet is to go for the face lift door trim as this never happens to them. If you want to change all your door trims to face lift ones let me know as i have a full set for sale :)
