evening all

I have a bit of a problem with the brakes on the omega, when braking lightly the car is pulling right, i have done just about everything i can think of to cure it. All the brakes have been off the car, pads checked and almost new discs fine. calipers removed cleaned and seem to be in order. new braided hoses for the fronts no airlocks, new fluid...
so whats up?!
i think it might just be missing its mechanic ;D

Another one for you;  is it possible you allowed air into the new brake fluid, or have left the nipple bleed nut slightly open?? :-/ :-/

Yet another good call... Easy to do!!!

no dont think so ! and all closed tightly.
and it was doing all this before i started to mess about blindly!

when did it start? In relation to the work done you mentioned i mean, did it just gradually start and got worse? Or did it arrive one day all of a sudden? Struggling now tbh.

rear donut bushes shot will allow it to pull ander braking but camber on front will also effect it,

I am starting to suspect of faulty brake slave cylinder on the offending wheel. :-/

hmm that does suggest a sticking or lazy caliper then

Were your recent discs Vx or pattern - if pattern could be discs, even after low mileage!  Are slides on calliper free on side that is pulling?

If above all ok - wishbones or steering idler?

Some great advice here Robby!

Do Omegas have a brake slave cylinder on each wheel????

I thought it went pedel, servo, master cylinder, brake hoses, caliper, pads, disc....  may have missed something there....

Anyway, all the usual suspects I think you have checked, or recently changed - you can try my calipers if you want....

FYS.

Yes sorry I still refer to them as that, but of course they are the calipers of todays disc braked cars! ;D ;D ;)

Yeah, sorry but i am going to bet on wishbones, only a pound mind. Esp. If you have checked the brakes as thoroughly as you say. What procedure did you follow when torquing up the wishbones?
