Remove the cover next to the fog light and reach up to disconenct the feed pipe.

You then have the option of either squeezing the lamp sembly out or unbolting the washer from the base of the headlight.

Other option is to pop the bumper off

The light is rattling? Means the adjuster has broken...not easy to fix, best to get a replacement...are they HID lights (have the little box on the bottom to power the HID bulbs)??

Easiest way to check if they`re HID. On the main lighting switch do you have a headlight beam adjusting wheel (on left hand side of switch) if so HID :) :)

HID headlights will have a small metal box attached to the underside of the light too...plus as said, no height adjuster wheel on the bottom left side of the headlight switch if HID...what car do you have (spec and year of your Omega)
