FAULT CODES, V6

Done the test on my car earlier (2.6 V6 2002), got two codes come up, what does this mean in simple terms?! Have not had the light come on when drving just thought I would see if any faults come up or not, thanks

P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0130 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

Sounds like either one of your cats is dead, or the sensor is playing up/needs replacing...maybe its become unplugged??
