ICV pipe

Hi, where does the pipe go, thats attached to the pipe that connects the ICV to the front ram intake. I see that it goes towards the back of the engine but cant see where it fits on to.

Pretty sure it goes onto number 3 shown on the second diagram on there. All that part is hidden by the scuttle trim.
