pretty sure STANDARD facelift CDX alloys are 16"
MV6 and Elite were the only to get 17"

I stand corrected  

the CDX ones seam to fill the arches better, they looked like 17"s

the design of the CDX wheel does make it look bigger but yeh, 16s

What's the difference between Facelift CDX and Elite alloys....is it just the size or do they look different.

So looking at all the styles and it seems 7 spoke (if that's the right term) CDX and 5 spoke Elite up to 2002.
Can I fit the Elite alloys which are 17" in place of my CD alloys 16" without worrying too much about the larger size in respect to the speedo/mpg reading etc......And what size tyres are fitted to the 17" Elites.

yes mick you can fit them no probs tyre sizer is 235/45r17

Yes they're a straight swap. Tyre size on a 17" wheel as standard is 235x45x17.
