hi can anyone help ive left my beloved car to sit for 2mths and it run out of petrol and battery went flat so went to garage got fuel charged battery and all it does is it will fire up then die is it the fuel injecters or something else its a 2.5 v6 on n plate all taxed and mot i just want to drive her please help

mey need check fuse  fuel pump? or when you drive to empty tank pump take something to fuel system and petrol can go to injectors?
 and will help if you update your profil

If you remove the plenum  ... there is a pressure relief valve ..  with a black cap .. designed to remove the pressure before removing the fuel rail ... it might be worth loosening that and turning the motor over with the ignition very briefly to ensure good fuel flow and no air ..

TAKE CARE.. if there is nothing wrong the fuel comes out at a considerable rate !!!
