On my way home from Nottingham this evening, noticed that at one garage (Texaco) unleaded was 101.9p per litre and 106.9p for diesel!!!!!

Could we see the return of fuel blockades/protests???

Thats too much bother for the people in the UK. We all just sit back and moan but too lazy to do anything about it..

 :)I do'nt know what we can do really, seems our government over tax us on fuel, tobbacco, alcohol in comparison to other EU countries, then moan when we decide not to get ripped off & "make our own arrangements" that by us doing so they lose revenue. Well if they were'nt so frickin' greedy we'd buy said products here & they'd get a fair reveue in return.
     I ca'nt register with an NHS Dentist. Do i pay any less National Ins? Do i b******s!

all well and good, but fuel duty accounts for around 45% of the total cost, and even then you have VAT added on afterwards...  So in effect its actually taxed twice.
