question about some wheels
« on: 17 October 2008, 12:05:41 »

Hello everybody. I bought some alloy wheels for my omega but the distance between the bolts on the omega is 110 milimeters and the wheels i have bought the distance between the bolts is 120 milimeters. What you suggest to do to fit the new wheels on the omega???

I have heard of some people use 5 *112 (cause balance problems) instead of 5*110 but 5 * 120 is completely different..

Drilling new holes is necessary   :(

ps: better give them back and change with original 5*110  :-/

I don't think it'd be possible to make them to fit at all. Wobble bolts - if you chose to fit them - will apparently take a couple of millimeters difference in PCD but I doubt they'd handle 10mm  :-/

many moons ago they used to do stud conversion kits but dont know if they have been outlawed for any reason, you could try a search on the net but not sure if they are available anymore.
