Another Company on my HATE list

Now i know why DHL are affectionatly known as DH Hell

FAILED to turn up to pick up two parcels that customers are expecting........someones ear is going to bleed when they answer the Dog and Bone tomorrow am  >:(

Is it just me or have i heard similar gripes about them on here from others....they simply didnt turn up !!!

I have an issue with Amtrak delivering stuff. Particularly the Wellingborough branch. I've had them supposed to deliver on next day to me, and so fail 100% failure rate. Always same excuse - driver crashed the van.

not to mention the stupid bird who answers the phone giving me all this BS.  And seeing as she is the franchise holder, no way of going higher.

Ive used Parcel2go.com quite a few times which is part of DHL and never had a problem.
