The Average Vauxhall Omega
« on: 06 November 2007, 17:07:15 »

Right then. From the data that we have collected so far, the average Vauxhall Omega is as follows:

Age 7.92 years old
Cost £4,421
Current Mileage 100,485
Miles per gallon 26.265
Number of Werthers Originals stuck between the seat and the centre console is 7.

Okay, so the last bit was made up.  ;)

'Spect my data has skewed the price that high .... £9200 paid in 2002 for what was then a 3 year old car that sold for £30,000 (ish) when new ??  I thought then (and still do) that I got a lot of car for the money.

As I tend to keep cars for around 10-15 years it will still be cheap motoring compared to a beemer or merc, which were my other options at the time.

:)
