My nearside is like a fountain which is great as are the headlamp washers. The offside windscreen washer has a problem.

It barely dribbles, I could wee faster.  

Could someone tell me if this is a common fault and how to get to it under the scuttle and how to cure it  :question :question

Mine was the same so i got a safety pin and stuck the pin into the holes where the water sprays out of and it was ok

Sounds like you have got crud in the washer jet..as suggested ..poke a pin in the hole and try the spray again...if that fails you will need to pull the pipe off the jet from under the bonnet to check water is getting that far.It is a bit fiddly but you can see the back of the bonnet jet as the sound proofing is cut to allow access.

The washer bottle dip stick has gunge on it. Looks like an infection

To remove your scuttle you lift the rubber trim at the bottom of the screen to remove the plastic half turn clips holding the scuttle down and the screw at the driver's side.  If you pull the plastic tube off, use plenty of hot water to soften it.
As said above, before you go to the effort of removing the washers though, either use the pin or try an air line - not the sort on the garage forecourt for filling your tyres though.

Possibly washing up liqued.  :-/ But just water can produce an algae which doesn't pump very well!

Sounds good to me. If the pin won't work will remove and give them a soak in vinegar (or Coke)

I had the same problem with mine being gunked up on one side. Tried pin, blowing through etc. Thought it would be simple to take off. Wrong. Ended up cutting the plastic pipe just before it goes over the bonnet nozzle fitment. Flushed the pipe out a lot. Got another jet from a car breaker on the forum and there was enough spare plastic tubing left to make a new connection. Now works really well.

The bonnet mount washers are easier to remove than the scuttle mounted, they just push out. You press the tabs in on each side first though.

Of the two they are slightly, as you have the scutttle to remove   , but they're not that hard. If you do remove the plastic tube, remove the driver's and run the pump a little while to make sure the pipe is clear of crud.

Not to worry. Will sort it as soon as I can. In the mean time.........headlamp washers clean the screen as well.

NEVER, NEVER use washing-up liquid, it sets solid in heated windscreen jets, it goes to a thick emulsion in the washer bottle when at freezing temperature, also the headlight washers will clog.
Alway use a good qualilty windscreen washer fluid to stop all of the above.

Also contains salt etc. Damages paintwork

I had a similar problem, took the front v grill off, checked the pipes, one was split as it had been cut by the fans, re tapped and now blasting out.
