Would this RAC fault finder diagnose problems on my CD 2.2 as I presume he paperclip test doesnt work. Cheers in advance.

The 2.2 is OBDII compliant so it will read engine fault codes.

but probably won't do the live data function you need to resolve your issue.

If you have a laptop, an ELM based unit from ebay running the free scantool.net software may be more useful (and cheaper)
