Putting Electric Leather into a cdx

I have just put a full leather interior into my mates cdx which was standard cloth before [only electric height adjustment], i have connected the loom up from the seats to the car loom but the seat electrics wont work, any ideas?

You have connected all the red wires to the red wire and all the brown wires to the brown wire??? There is also a black one...cant remember which wire it connects to but think its the brown one...

make sure you havent connected them up to the heated seat connector, it looks similar.

I have a guide that I can email you (with pics) that will make it clearer.  :y
