misfire on cyl 1 and 2.  Seeing as these are different banks, I doubt its coil packs, so check plug condition, and if plug wells full of oil.

Remember, LPG needs a better spark than petrol

your lpg kit also has an ecu which will store codes.if the lpg is running to rich or lean the lpg emulater will be giving the cars ecu the wrong signals.

O2 sensor heater circuit is worth investigating. Check the wiring to the O2 sensor and perhaps measure the resistance between the heater pins on the sensor itself (normally the two white wires). If an O2 sensor has packed up it might go some way to explaining the fault.

I think in garage parlance "head gasket" means "I haven't got a rather clue but if I take it all apart and put it back together it's bound to mysteriously fix itself and net me a fortune in labour charges.".  >:(

Dont know that much about LPG, but with experience with a LPG Vectra the Engine needs to be running spot on with petrol, as any minor problems when running on petrol will show up twice as bad on LPG.

Get it running sweet on petrol before diving in to any possible LPG faults.
