ok so ive just had the throttle assembly cleaned out,but it still stalls or revs itself up when stopping, espeacilywhen the fans on?
the garage guy reckons i may need to buy a new assembly ect?
does anyone know how much a new one costs?

also will the idol problems sort itself in time and mileage?[thats what the guy said who cleaned the assembly]

Re-clean the idel valve really well.....wortyh leaving it full of carb cleaner or similar nasty stuff to get it spotless......they can also be stripped down to a certain extent

You did clean out that little jet under the throttle body (the bugger to get at) as well?

Sticking ISCV (as per Marks DTM Calib) sounds like the prime culprit, though - clean to spotless using carb cleaner then light lubrication with 3-in-1 oil.
