Regarding MOT requirements , do the Xenon lights have to have jets to clean the lense?

If so mine are blocked so im gunna have a look and clean then out tomo!

Cant remember who told me this now?

AFAIK the MOT does not check headlamp wash, but does check windscreen wash

My car has been through a few MOT's with just one working washer.

Its a requirement on initial installation (at the factory) but more open to interpretation if fitting them retrospectively...

As the MV6 mine has then as standered so with a little mixed Opinions im gunna try look it up!

Although not an MOT requirement it`s illegal under the road traffic act to have non-operational headlamp washers where HID`s are fitted.

It was me that told u this bro cos I was on about getting Hid's like yours but didnt know about having to have the wash system to stay on our side of the law
