Can these be refurbed and are they expensive with the shiny finish?

Its just on the front passenger wheel the Chromy outer edge has bubbled up, what can be done?

I have recently bought a set of MV6 wheels which have been fully restored to new..they look brilliant and transform the car,but as others have advised they are soft and prone to buckling I am now driving with extra care of potholes.
Bit unsure of costs involved as I bought them all done but can give you the company that did them ,which is in Tonbridge,Kent if that is close to you and you could give them a call and ask.

He is In Shropshire, not far from me. Like said in previous post try KN wheels
