Hi All
My 2.6 Elites alarm some times go,s off if i get out the car and do not lock it at all and then get into it later the alarm go.s off i can still start it and drive off what do you think is causing this as i thought the alarm was set only when you locked the car!! :(

I'm no expert but is your battery fully charged?

I would not suggest hitting it with a hammer....  ;D

My brother in law did it with his bike alarm and it was still going off  ;D ;D ;D
