I paid under 100 quid for:

2 headgaskets
2 exhaust manifold to head gaskets
2 eahaust manifold to front pipe gaskets
4 coolant bridge dowty washers
4 Oil cooler to oil pipe washers
1 Coolant pipe to block seak
5 litres semi synth
5 litres antifreeze
1 oil filter.

All from my local friendly Vx dealer

I got genuine stem seals as a lucky purcahse off ebay for 8 quid.

Head bolts are about 20 quid a set (for good ones)

And the cam cover gaskets are fine so will stay.

I will re-use the cam seals as pattern ones always leak

Sure when you did my HGs on the mobile air freshner, the parts can to little over a ton, and that was with the cam gasket kit from shop.

Mind you, I think I did well on the HG and stem seals - £20 for the 2 HGs and the 24 stem seals...

If anyone has suitable bits or see some bargains please let me know, I have a reasonable amount already but want to get best value.

(MDTM - you seem to have the knack).

I'll price up dealer prices in the week
