Hi all
I have a question for you omega loving people I have an 02 Elite Saloon and when i brake for a brief second or so it feels like you are running on tram lines it feels like play in something maybe the steering idler ?your help would be greatly appreciated i have had this car since  November and it is the best car i have owned despite all and sundry telling me otherwise and i have owned a lot of vauxhalls  superb car oh and if any one has the electric seat controls i would be willing to buy as my memory button keeps playing  up and one of the buttons i broke off thanks all take care

First things first - check your wishbone joints, steering joints and idler for any play (basically every joint behind each front wheel)

As for the seat I know LooKnee had some interiors he was getting rid of, might be worth a pm :y

sounds like the idler to me
use a big screwdriver to check for play
