Call for assistance - Y26SE Dispack (1,3,5) needed
« on: 28 February 2009, 10:51:38 »

EDIT: I now have ordered a Dispack from ebay (Should have done that in the first place) and will be using trains (shudder) on monday instead.

HELP!

My stealer has let me down this morning ("sorry mate, it's on the paperwork but I can't find it" GRRR).

I need to locate a dispack for my 2.6 V6 - Driver Side, Cyl 1,3,5 - i believe the VX part number is 9118115.

I'm desparate for it this weekend as I've got to go to Bristol on monday morning!

Can anybody help? I can pay by paypal, or collect and pay cash and am happy to collect this weekend - provided it's within a reasonable distance of Stevenage - I can do up to about 100ish miles away.

This is a call for assistance from the OOFers - please help! reply in this thread or PM.

Cheers
John.

Thanks anyway, mate. I think teeside and back would be a bit of a stretch for me in the girlfriend's 1.4 focus! (bloody thing sounds like a bee in a biscuit tin at 70).

I think you'd be really lucky mate - best bet is to hire a cheap car before they close today as they all close on Sunday! ;)

 ;D ;D ;D Hire car LOL!

Nah, I can borrow SWMBOs' focus to get about this weekend, and she's offered to let me have it for Bristol and back next week, but I've decided to let the train take the strain instead.

Mind you - £120 worth of tickets! But I can get two trains from Stevenage to Bristol Parkway via Paddington and still get there as fast as I could have driven.  :y
