Dilemma
« on: 15 November 2007, 21:05:13 »

Car insurance due, do I go with Churchill who are £2 cheaper than More Than, or do I go with the RAC who are £30 dearer than Churchill.

The RAC are the only ones who guarantee to repair your car with genuine Vx parts, if the need arises.

You're not going to be happy with any of them, just get decent priced basic liability and self-insure for the rest.

RAC sounds a good deal for only £30, but your cars now pushing 5 years old, using genuine VX parts will increase the cost of a repair so more likely to write off than repair anything more than minor damage I would have thought.

price difference... per month or year?

£30 over a year is sod all if it means genuine parts used if needed, and again, sod all if its not needed, peace of mind also plays a part
