It is gorgeous down there, we went into St Ives with the Range Rover, to turn a corner in the town had to do a 30 point turn ;D
Decided to come back another day on the train ;D

Was that you??? We stood there for ages watching you do that. I bet that was the turning into the 'Island' car park.  ::)

Probably ;D the roads are so tiny.........
There is also a very steep hill with a hand rail all the way up the wall, and a graveyard the other side (i can understand why when I got to the top) ;D
But it had just had a light shower of rain, when this motorhome was trying to drive up the hill, wheel spinning all the way up, i didn't think he was gonna get up ::)

Ah, brings back memories of a lovely blat through some fine French backroads, at slightly elevated speeds, in beautiful sunshine, in the car I built myself, followed by a nice bit of French cuisine in one of the resturants there. Just what you need on a cold November evening.

Normally stay in a campsite near Leedstown twice a year, so know St Ives pretty well, and Penzance.
