The currrent state of issues  :High pressure in coolant system.
                                           No water loss.
                                           Runs like a dream.
                                           Coolant good,not contaminated.
                                           No heat coming through heater(cold).
                                           Temp:92-95ish after run.
I've not had sniff test done but both the garages i stopped at said head gasket going,but not convinced,i have no water loss,oil great,has not contaminated water,run's really smooth.Confused slightly,any idea's :-/

When you pull the dipstick out is there a white mayo colour in the oil.Also mine runs at that temp after a long drive think its the same with all omegas

When i looked the other day,it's was as clean as whistle,have not checked for a day or so,but this problem been with me for some 2 weeks now.

every put rad weld in the radiator?

One these mechanic's was vauxhall's,he felt the pipe going into rad and the return coming out and squezed them and there was no play in them + they were red hot and the coolant bottle was highly pressurized so he came to that conclusion?

i had a similar problem on a rover218d, it used to run o,k but it suffered with high pressure in the water system, i used to keep it going by allowing the expansion bottle to breath slightly, in the end it gave up on the M1 with smoke/steam everywhere, just because there isnt any mayo showing doesnt mean the h/g is fine as it all depends on where it may be weeping, so i dont want to upset you but high pressure in the water system is normally either an airlock or compression from the cylinders themselves due to leakage between bore & water jacket, i hope that makes sense

The rad seems just slightly cooler on one side,but i thought this was what it's job was to do,and that is to slightly cool water when returning.

Your symptoms contradict with head gasket..May be an air blockage  :-/

edit : blockage can be close to heater matrix..

you can try just for an experiment to slacken off the expansion bottle top [just enough to release pressure]& get it to running temperature & see if your heater works then, as any air can escape.

Before picking car up,i had them flush the coolant sysytem through as there was only luke warm air through vents.When driving home after picking it up the heater was blowing very hot air through vents,but after a few days and to the present time it is now coming through cold,i agree there may be an air lock somewhere,but when you hear them dreadful words H.g it sends shivers through me. :-/

Yes the coolant was bubbling up and not cause it was boiling

When you say close to matrix,could it be possible that it's in the matrix or maybe around or in the H.B.V to cause this pressure.
