central locking
« on: 25 March 2009, 13:25:28 »

Can anyone advise as my central locking on both front doors works intermittantly. Sometimes drivers and then passengers door doesnt work and then they both work for a while. My garage says its probaly a wiring loom problem and will be expensive. :(

Could be the actuator - i'm sure if you pm markey mark he might have one - maybe you could squirt some oil into the mechanism for now to see if it helps?

I have a similar problem with the passenger side rear door & cannot manage open the plastic part of the door card.

What is the problem I should expect and how do I open the plastic parts of the door card?

Thanks
